Every year at Sacred Heart School, our students and staff work to grow in holiness by increasing our knowledge in and our practice of the Catholic virtues: developing good habits in this life that bring eternal joy in the next!

Our focus for 2024-2025 is the virtue of Charity:  trusting in God’s loving plan. We know that God designed each of us with gifts and talents to suit HIS plan for our lives and that He expects us to do our part to increase our talents so that we are ready to answer His call.

September - Charity - Loving God with all your heart, mind, and strength and your neighbor as yourself

October - Friendship - Sharing a mutual love that seeks the good of the other
November - Courtesy - Being thoughtful of others
December - Purity - Keeping your soul free of sin
January - Fortitude - Being brave and strong in the face of trials
February - Prudence - Making good decisions in specific circumstances
March - Respect - Recognizing the dignity of all people
April - Forgiveness - Pardoning those who offend you
May - Responsibility - Being reliable in your duties and accountable for your actions
