On behalf of our pastor Fr. John and all of Sacred Heart School’s Faculty and Staff, I would like to thank you for your interest in Sacred Heart School. As we embark on 80 years of excellence in education, we will make certain to continue the quality education and good moral foundation for which Sacred Heart School is known. This folder contains all of the information necessary for you to enroll your child(ren) in Sacred Heart School. In your registration packet you will find the following items. FACTS is our Tuition Management System. The annual fee for FACTS is $50.
Additional forms are available at www.sacred-heart-school.org. Should you have any questions, please feel free to call Mrs. Sheaffer at 609-267-1728. Keep in mind that staffing placements and scheduling decisions are all based on our enrollment.
Please do your best to return your registration packet promptly so we can make the best judgment for our school and your child’s education. Return this fully completed packet with the registration fees no later than March 1 th to enjoy the reduced registration fee and ensure your child’s placement. (Packets received after this date will not guarantee a slot for enrollment and the registration fee increases.) Sacred Heart School is an academically rigorous school in a nurturing, Catholic environment. It is our prayer that every student find happiness in life by honing their God-given gifts.

General Information:
PreK Students
All PreK students must be fully potty-trained. To be admitted into our PreK-3 Program, students must be 3 years old by September 30th.
Kindergarten Students
All Kindergarten students who have not attended Sacred Heart School's PreK program must come to Sacred Heart prior to the start of the academic school year for a Kindergarten Readiness Assessment.
Transfer Students
Any student transferring to Sacred Heart will need to schedule an interview with the principal. Academic and behavioral records for the current year and 2 previous years must also be reviewed prior to admission to Sacred Heart. Please know that with the exception of a family relocating, we do not accept mid-year transfers in the 8th grade.
30 Day Probationary Period
While we welcome all enthusiastic learners to our school, it is important our school be a good fit for the student and that the student be a good fit for our school in the interest of our academic pursuits. Any disruption to the order of our school will be evaluated within the first 30 days.
