My name is Mrs. Collins. I teach PreK - 4 at Sacred Heart.   I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my family and friends.  I LOVE nature, traveling, and learning/trying new things.  

 I attended New Jersey City University through the New Pathways to Teaching in NJ program. I have my K-6 standard teaching certificate.   I have taught students PreK - 8th grade.  My favorite things about teaching PreK students is their pure enthusiasm and their significant growth in learning throughout the year. 

I love Sacred Heart because it is a strong, supportive community.  The smaller school and wide grade range (PreK3 - 8th) creates a unique bond between students, staff, and families.  

 One of my favorite things at Sacred Heart is hearing all the students sing "Heart of Jesus Hear" at each school Mass. It really is beautiful and moving. 

My favorite hymns are "How Great Thou Art" and "I Come to the Garden Alone."
