My name is Mr. Botello and I am the 5th Grade teacher.  I have a daughter and 2 sons.  I love dogs!

I went to Rutgers University. I have New Jersey  certification in Spanish and Elementary Education.  I have been teaching for 28 years!

I love Sacred Heart because we are a family - From the custodian to the principal.  It is a fun place to work. Someone is always helping someone else.  It's heart warming

I love my job! My favorite activities are: Random CLASS CHALLENGES, fitness brain breaks, learning new vocabulary and teaching literary devices, weekly challenges and the Social Studies Problem of the week.

My favorite school activity is Fitness Friday - my class wins A LOT!

• Psalm 23: 4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow if death, I fear no evil, for you are with my. Your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
• Thessalonians 5:11  Encourage one another and build one another up, as indeed you do.
• Deuteronomy 6:7  Keep repeating them (the Commandments) to your children. Recite them when you are and home and away, when you lie down and when you get up.
